A TALE
ABOUT THE THEATRE ABOUT
A JOURNEY TO A ROOM.
One of my first theatre educators told me that it is the idea about the theatre itself that makes the theatre so important. It is the ideas that make people gather, and if the idea is strong enough, we are willing to sacrifice a lot.
We had a desire to go back to the starting point, to the theatre itself, to the idea of the theater. We ask ourselves: what was it about theater? Why is it important? What is the fascination? The humiliations? And why exactly theatre? What is it, Theatre.
“In the theater there is a kind of strange sun. A light of abnormal intensity, where it seems that the difficult, and even the impossible, suddenly becomes our normal element.»
